Juno is a membership-based clinic. What does that mean?
As a membership-based clinic, we can give our members and their pets the highest quality care. Dedicated clients mean more time for our vets to provide thoughtful, compassionate care. Plus, you’ll always be able to get an appointment when you need one.
Can I bring my pet to Juno even if I’m not a member?
Currently, we can only treat pets whose owners have signed up for a Juno membership. If you're interested in visiting our clinic, you can get started on the Juno app or on our membership page.
Do you have short-term memberships?
Juno membership requires a one-year commitment, because we believe in proactive care and building relationships with our members. We don’t offer short-term memberships at this time.
Can I pause my memberships?
Juno membership requires a one-year commitment, but we may make exceptions for special circumstances. Please contact our clinic if you need to discuss your membership.
How do I cancel my memberships?
Our membership is designed to set your pet up for a long and healthy life. As a member, you’re committing to the care of your pet for 12 months. A few weeks before your plan is set to renew, you’ll receive an email that gives you the option to cancel before your membership automatically renews. You can read more about our cancellation policy in our Terms of Service.
